VDA volume 6 certification rules is basis for all system audits according to the standards VDA 6.1, VDA 6.2 and VDA 6.4.

Based on the requirements of DIN EN ISO 17021 and DIN EN ISO 19011, the additional requirements for certification audits (“3rd-party audits”) are described. Conformity to these requirements is mandatory for certification bodies.

This training introduces the volumes VDA 6.1, VDA 6.2 and VDA 6.4, as well as the basics of these volumes for applying volume VDA 6.

• You will be familiar with the requirements for certification bodies for certification processes according to VDA 6.x.
• You will be familiar with the scope of the relevant standards.
• You will know how a certification process is implemented, incl. man-day calculations and the de-certification process.
• You will be able to describe the audit process based on DIN EN ISO 17021 und DIN EN ISO 19011.
• You will know how to manage deviations.
• You will know details regarding auditor qualification.
• You will know the basic requirements for data entry and administration of the “VDA 6.x certification database”.

The training alternates between technical key topics, discussions and practical exercises.

Veto representatives, certification auditors and employees of certification companies who are involved in the certification process.

Knowledge of the volumes VDA 6.1, VDA 6.2 und VDA 6.4.

After passing the knowledge test (Single-Choice-Test), you will receive a certificate of qualification.
