In a virtual learning environment, the same content is taught as in face-to-face training courses; here, too, group work and the exchange of information with each other are part of the training concept. Live online training is conducted by trainers who are specially qualified for this format.

Live online training is conducted with Zoom. Access is possible via the browser, an app does not necessarily have to be installed.

Participants will be asked to turn on the camera throughout, and a microphone is also required.

This training format is for participants who want to acquire the knowledge themselves. It is an interactive training without a trainer.

The training “From VDA 6.3:2016 to VDA 6.3:2023 – Upgrade” is offered as a WBT.

This status exists for courses and examinations with verifiable prerequisites for which an application for admission must be submitted.

The application must be submitted online within seven days of registration. If you receive a message from us that the application is approved provided that you successfully participate in the qualification, the status “application open” will be retained until all requirements have actually been met.

If you attend the required qualification directly before the examination, the status will be changed on the day of the examination.

We usually allow a maximum of 12 participants to attend our training courses.

Participants of face-to-face trainings receive the training material in printed version only.

Yes, for all people who would like to travel to our events by train, we offer an
event ticket in cooperation with Deutsche Bahn.

In Berlin, the training courses and examinations take place on the premises of the VDA QMC. There is a wide choice of hotels in Berlin. Perhaps our small recommendation list of hotels nearby will help you.

In the other cities we hold the training courses and examinations in hotels. In each case, a room contingent has been set up there with advance arrival. Participants can reserve a room at special rates up to three weeks before the start of the event. You will receive further information with the registration confirmation.

The participants of a training course receive a certificate of qualification if they pass the knowledge test. If they do not pass a knowledge test or a training course without a knowledge test, they will receive a certificate of attendance. Examinees who have successfully participated in an examination day receive a certificate with a registered number. If the examination is not passed, there is no certificate.

Certificates will be sent by e-mail.

The invoice will be sent by e-mail after the event and is due immediately without deductions. Please be sure to provide the correct invoice details when registering.
