Automotive Cybersecurity Expert (ID 432)

According to UNECE Regulation 155 and ISO/SAE 21434, vehicles must be protected against cybersecurity risks. The training provides an overview of possible cybersecurity attacks, their assessment and treatment. These include Threat Analysis Risk Assessment (TARA), incident response and cybersecurity testing methods.

  • You have basic knowledge of cybersecurity, especially for vehicles
  • You know methods for identifying automotive cybersecurity risks
  • You know methods for verifying and validating automotive cybersecurity measures
  • You have in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity incident response processes
  • You know the application areas of the relevant standards

Presentation of the topics of cybersecurity, vehicle architecture and standard requirements by the trainer; application of what has been learned by the participants using many practical examples and exercises.
The training alternates between technical presentations and group work. Group work supports the transfer of what has been learned into your own working practice. Special emphasis is placed on opportunities to exchange experiences.

The training is aimed at anyone who would like to introduce an ACS management system in their organization or who would like to participate as an ACS expert within this system.

After passing the knowledge test (Single-Choice-Test), you will receive a certificate of qualification.
