VDA 6.2 – 3rd party auditor – Extension (ID 347)
According to DIN EN ISO 19011, auditors are required to continuously improve their competence. This includes professional further education, e. g., by means of self-study and training.
Target Audience
3rd party auditors VDA 6.2 with a valid VDA certificate.
Prerequisites for an extension
- a copy of your certificate
- For maintaining the 3rd-party auditors’ qualification the VDA QMC specialist department is reviewing the compliance with the requirements according to VDA 6, section 4.3.2 by using, among others, the VDA 6.x database.
In order to extend the qualification, the application must be submitted by the responsible certification body before validity expires.
Certificate
After a positive review of application a new certificate with a registered number will be issued. The certificate is valid for 3 years.
